We do not refund orders for buyers remorse.
Please review the clothing sizing guide provided before purchase, as we do not accept size exchange returns.
All BucketInk Clothing that are misprinted/damaged/defective on arrival will be reviewed. Please send us a picture. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 24 days after the the estimated delivery date.
Wrong address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to BucketInk Clothing. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed
Shipments that go unclaimed will be returned to BucketInk Clothing, and you will be liable for the cost of reshipment.
